There are stories about 9mm's lodging in peoples faces....People getting shot in the face with them and the round stopping 2 inches in, allowing them to get away almost. That is a wussy round in my opinion. People have also survived multiple shots in the chest with them because they are so small, the power they deliver is small to begin with and rapidly declines about 10 feet out of the barrel. That is the reason almost all the police forces in America are ditching the 9mm and upgrading to the .40 (which is the most powerful non-mag) and the .45's because they have better stopping power, and if you get hit in the face with it you wont have much of your face left. Check all the statistics, power-wise its .40, .45, 9mm.

With my friends tactical shotty I can hit clay pigeons on the sand berms at 100 yards with 1 1/4 oz magnum slugs My next gun will be a 870 Marine with pistol grip and surefire foregrip, slugs and 00buck are my latest addiction. I gotta get my DE to Vancouver.

I have back ground in gun laws, type of guns shit my father was a cop for 13 years of my life you learn some stuff from someone like that, the fact that it is a private sale yes it can be sold legally and as for gun shows those get set up months before hand all the permits have been bought and everything is fine
