          I'd say we should do it in early/mid May instead of late May like last year. So more people show up for it. (graduation played a role in that last year)

              May 12 seems like a lot shorter notice than the last ones. Plus isn't that right before college finals?

                    Well we are not going to be able to satisfy everybody on which day it will be held. A big thing depends on when Jim can make it also.....we always can have more than one.

                        You know what? We went through the Exact SAME SHIT in all the previous years. And guess what.... Not everyone was able to make it. If it goes into June, there will be even less people based on grauduations alone. So, a month is plenty of notice to prepare which may 12th is about that. You can't please everyone all the time and if we keep putting it back, then it will never happen. This is the very reason we thought about having more than one BBQ this year.
