He also had a "real" "high flow cat" wich ended up costing me 120 bones.</p>
<p dir="auto">I am positive i have a good high flow cat. I would not want to waste my money on some BS cat.</p>

<p dir="auto">atleast with high flow you have some backpressure and you will still most likely have "higher" flow at the top end...i say that in quotes because some "high flow" can be jokes....</p>

The reason I say go for it on a turbo is because the turbo itself causes some backpressure, but you want that exhaust gas gone ASAP from the hot side of the turbo to get your power up.</p>
