I drive it at any speed above 30 the arrow drops to C. I turn on the heat, the arrow drops to C. The old engine did it and so does the new one, they just dont hold any heat. I know if i put a piece of cardboard on there it would help but that would just be stupid looking. Does everyones do this? Im starting to get sick of being cold already.</p>

<p dir="auto">I have no problem heating up in my DSM.  Problem I have is the damn dipstick keeps popping out coating my engine in nice oil.  Don't worry Weshole I am going to pinch the dipstick tube and do the thing with the oil valve since I am home now back in the great WI until the 7th.</p>

If it isn't, you'll have an air pocket in your cooling system and it'll end up in your heater core resulting in a no-heat situation also.</p>

Jim, if it used to heat good and doesn't now, that's probably it. If not, try to back flush your heater core. It's not hard to do. Both my previous DSM's heated excellent even in sub zero conditions.</p>
