CMK made a thread with top 10 douch cars and yes that neon was in it, anyway this guy has a fart can that sounds like a lawn mower it is a newer one with 2 black stripes and when i got onto the highway he decided to pass me doing at least 100mph i was doing 85 in a 75 and he flew by along with another car following him that ended up passing him when there was an opening.
