I got on I-94 and about a mile onto that road it started to rain. I got to the first overpass and stopped. Soon after there were about 30 cars around the overpass with golf ball size hail falling pretty heavily. I waited for about 20 minutes there and decided to try giving it a go. It hailed (smaller than before) and poured rain about 75% of the rest of the trip (12 miles). There was another biker at the overpass that left his bike there and caught a ride to Fargo. I spoke to my brother and he said that the guy's bike was causing near accidents because people were still pulling over to get out of the hail and the dude's bike was right in the middle of the shoulder where people were trying to park.

The funniest part was passing cars on the side of the road that were waiting out the storm while I cruised past them on a motorcycle. It sucked but I made it home ok and so did my bike so it could have been a lot worse!

My neighbor said our lawns were white. had some chucks of the hail that were an inch in diameter. My jeep was outside, was happy there was no damage.
