<![CDATA[smoking Galant VR-4]]>So I saw a white Galant VR-4 the other day that was smoking some blue pretty decently...the guy driving it was pretty old...I'm guessing over 60. He also had a handicapped thingy hangin from his rear view mirrior. This was late afternoon/early evening last thursday or so. I follow'd him a bit down 19th Ave. north headin east then he turned southbound on Broadway...

Anybody know who he may be?...the car was stock to the CORE. Stock exhaust even...
