Lesson 1: The use of "seen"

Using "seen" is inappropriate if verbs like am; be; being; has, had, or have; and, is, don't precede "seen". I won't to go into a tedious, detailed explanation of the rules on using "seen" and other past participles, mainly because I have no idea what those would be. Maybe you'll see the following examples as helpful:

You'd be seen as needing a grammar lesson if you said, "I seen enough" or "We seen that grilled cheese sandwich on ebay. I seen the price at $28,000 and lost my appetite" In the first two instances, the required verb (see first line) is MIA. In the last,"saw" is the word to use. It's seen as gramatically correct, but wordy and awkward to say, "I had seen the final bid of $28,000 and figured the buyer thought the seller had actually seen the Virgin Mary's face in the toast."

If you really want inappropriate, throw "ain't" in front of "seen" and add a "no" here and there for the double negative effect. "I ain't seen no point in coming up with no more ways to make sure you seen how to write and talk correct." How's that?
