<![CDATA[2001 B16a2 7k On Motor (Split)]]>I need help im not a honda guy but ive been converted over from rotarys. So i need some prof. honda help.......sold my 7 and bought a 95 coupe with a 2000 b16a2 lsd tranny type r cams and type r valve train 4 to 1 dc header i/e also with a chipped ecu dont really know buy who but there is no fuel cut or rev limiter. me and a buddy rebuilt the bottom end with all new bearings and piston rings and i had the head shaved .10 now it runs great but i have some ques.---------------

I thought YOU took the engine out of a wrecked 2001si civic? So who really did the swap? I heard you bought the car the way it is? And are you sure its out of a 2001? and not a 2000?

Its pretty fucking strong, its no big bad dsm i know... but its got killer comp. runs good times in the quarter what else can i say?

As for the start of this bickering, Kevin was trying to get the idea out that this engine just might not be what it was described as, though he may have stated it a little lopsided. Might be easier to sell your engine where people aren't aware of its history, problems, etc. (especially now)
