<![CDATA[2 Pure-bred Golden Retreivers]]>I have 2 pure-bred golden retrievers that will be 2 years old in August. One male, one female, both "fixed". Brother and sister (same father different mothers born 1 week apart). Approx 70lbs male, 60 lbs female. Male = Golden, Female = Blonde.

I have all papers, shot records, heart worm tabs etc. through next june.

No history of hip-displasia or any of the other standard golden problems going back 5 generations.

I would like to give them away to a good home with land.

My family simply does not have time to take proper care of these dogs and (in my opinion) we got them too late to train them as in-town dogs.

They are the perfect farm dogs, inside/outside dogs. They do not run off, but stay in a localized area close to home if left to their own devices.

They are very friendly and relatively well behaved, for puppies, and are great with kids. They are house trained but will go to the bathroom in the house if left for "too" long. Meaning that they understand it's not ok, but they'll do it if they aren't let out when they need to. I got them @ 3 1/2 months old and they had been kept in a pen with 3 liters where they could go anywhere they wanted to, and I haven't been able to break them of that habit. This means they don't go in a specific spot (like the boulevard outside my house) but will go anywhere in your yard if you let them.

They will also shred paper/diapers/papertowels if they can get them, but them don't chew shoes furniture etc.
