<![CDATA[Stripping Paint off Plastic??]]>how can i get the paint off the plastic rad shrouds of my bike??? They were painted blue but the rest of the bike is white, and i want them to be white again...

Heat gun? Chemical(if so what one)? I dont wanna sand, that isnt a choice...
