<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><rss xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:content="http://purl.org/rss/1.0/modules/content/" xmlns:atom="http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom" version="2.0"><channel><title><![CDATA[civic clutch issue]]></title><description><![CDATA[<p dir="auto">i recently bought my 99 honda civic hatback with a b16 swap and it also has an exedy stage 2 clutch in it... but today i noticed that if crusin at 35mph in 4th gear and i give it like half or a little more gas, it just revs up from that speed but it catches fine when i shift and it only slips when its already in gear (from what i know) . The guy i bought it from said it should be fine but sumtin needs to be tuned or tightened or sumtin, So is it going out or do i need to bring it some where to get fixed?</p>

And yes, honda autos are very heavy, but not really any worse to swap then manuals.</p>

<p dir="auto">converting a car would have nothing to do with the clutch slippage but you obviously need a clutch pedal for a manual vehicle....and I was replying to the guy that said the pedal might need adjusting because whoever put in the pedal assembly might not have adjusted it.....and i also have a 2 post lift in my garage so it's never really been that hard to do clutches in anything</p>

Either the clutch is shot or the clutch is shot.  Theres also the possible the previous owner put it on the wrong way...</p>
