<![CDATA[dog neutering question]]>my dog just got neutered on Saturday, and he's doing a lot better. The vet gave me a cone to put on him but it doesnt really stop him from licking. I know he's not supposed to bite at his stiches but he licks them constantly. Does anyone know if this is a big deal. I try to stop him but when I put im in his kennel when I leave he'll lick.

Nope, I used it on my dog just a couple months ago, couple licks he was done with that..

I think there is a spray you can get to spray them that tastes bitter. I don't know what it is called though.

We used that same stuff for our dog when she was a pup. Its called "Bitter Apple"
