<p dir="auto">if it took 2 hours, i have a feeling it wasnt "reported". my guess is a student said something about a thermometer being dropped in class within earshot of the wrong employee and that person went to the office and had a panic attack.</p>

I was just about to leave when the principle said the school was in a lock down.  Everyone was stuck in their hot ass class rooms for almost an hour extra.  A friend of mine left during the lockdown and he almost got expelled, how stupid is that.</p>

<p dir="auto">No it doesn't make sense.  It's poisonous but not in the quantities everyone is getting their undies in a bunch over.  People used to come into contact with LARGE amounts of mercury all the time and have suffered no ill consequences.  People ingest mercury every time they eat tuna.  Shutting down/quarrantining a building because of a spill the size of 1/2 a penny is FUCKING STUPID.</p>
