<![CDATA[Customer Service]]>So looking for a clutch kit for my Probe, I called a Certain shop in town. I started to ask if they had a stage 2 2100 ACT clutch kit. Before I could finish my first few words, The employee interupts me with "We don't have anything like that here, Buddy" in the most stuck up voice possible. I asked again "SO you guys don't sell clutches?" Knowing full well they did because they sold Sleeper MX-6 the same one I'm looking for. He says "Nope, Sorry KID" in the same rude Voice, and then hangs up. Everytime (of the few, maybe 5 times)I go into this certain shop, I always get eyeballed, and treated as if I am wasting there time and invading on their personal space when it is a public store. IMO people need to get off their high horse they ride just because they work in a Performance shop(if you can even call it that). I dont want this to get deleted so I won't mention this store's name. Customer Service is important, and this shop will rarely ever(if at all) get business from me.

They have a lot better service than the kit manufacturer did.

To be honest with everybody, I haven't had a single problem with the tintmasters guys being rude to me or dismissive, and i'm talking WAY back when.

I remember, when their fargo store opened, I went around with a friend searching for where this place was, and since they weren't listed in the phone book yet, we had a hard time finding them (had to ask people at gas stations and such, and even then they didn't seem to know).

I mean I know there is a stigma associated with me, people will say oh jim he's just saying that becuase he knows them or whateve... that's not true though.

I know I may not always agree with them, but hell, I don't agree with anybody all the time... in my PERSONAL experience (I know i'm going to catch some flak for saying this), Jason and Shane have been nothing but nice to me when I was a customer and now; internet drama aside, i think if you actually went up and talked to them they're cool guys.

I called one day to price some products and they quickly said no they don't carry them and hung up... I think it was cuz I'm a girl.. but I can't really judge my opinion on them by just one phone call. and I could totally be wrong too and that they maybe dont carry the products.
