Rapidshare or Megaupload are pretty easy, though they have bandwidth limits on downloading. You could also just make an artist account on Myspace or PureVolume.

I downloaded techno ejay 4, it doesn't get simpler to use than this.
x2 on where to host some tunes we come up with, wouldn't mind posting some to get opinions when I'm done.

I usually just use a simple program like Leaf Drums instead.
