ex dailup accelerators that cache DNS info, or some sort of local cached DNS entry program..

Not sure... but I'm 99% sure its not on my end.

All of my computers on CableOne didn't have a problem and the machines I use at NDSU didn't have any problems.

Try going to Start -> Run type in "ipconfig /flushdns"

without the " " of course.

What ISP do you guys use?

It really has nothing to do with the server side....
