<![CDATA[Looking for shop/shop mate]]>Anybody know of any reasonably priced shops. I need one that will have room and allow cars to be parked outside.

I will also be looking for someone to help share the rent/utilities.

The last one i rented which was a few years ago was a decent one. Heat,water,sewage drain, 2 storage rooms,stairs with storage area over rooms. It was a few blocks east of 7th ave auto salvage. It was $400/m
At this time i really don't need any of that.I'm more in the need to park my cars and work on one at a time.
