I bought the 2 U shaped hook things and when I shove them in there, the cd player loosens up, but I cant pull it out, anyone got tips, I tried prying it but all I did was crack the dash.</p>

If that's in yours, it's gonna be a fucker to get out as they are pretty snug fitting. Try pulling harder as Jon said. But pull evenly or it wont budge. Also make sure that you are actually collapsing the side catches rather than spreading them further apart. I've seen alot of N00bs do this and end up destrying the radio taking it out.
