This guy seems a little to trigger happy though... "The law changed in september", sounds like he's been pissed off about his neighborhood and has just been itching to shoot someone ever since...

we had a talk about this at work today, and i guess in Texas if u feel that your house or yourself are in danger you can shoot to kill to protect yourself. and if his neighbor told him to watch his house then it falls under that law. there is a lot of states that have laws like that.
