Should hopefully be here mid next week so we can start playing w/ it. Purchased it for the majority of doing my own items that i manufacturer but am interested in doing some items for the public as well. Right now im not looking @ doing this in bulk for the public as i dont have the time or interest. We will be doing some demo items next week once we get everything setup and i'll post some pics up. If its not to much of a PITA Turbo5oh will be doing the majority of it so if you'd like something done you can hit him up and see when he has time to come in and do it. The kit i purchased has the capabilities of doing 4 sq ft of aluminum @ once so we should be able to maitain a good turnaround time.

Basically powdercoating has become a PITA for aluminum and hasn't had the best effieceny rating as steel so we resorted to anodizing. From my research others as well have tried different methods of powdercoating for aluminum as well due to related problems. Aluminum is just so hard to get clean for powdercoating that we're gonna try anodizing.

I ordered in black, red and blue dye to start out w/.

Demo of blue bezel:

Shouldn't have any problems mounting tires unless you got some retard doing them which in that cause it doesn't matter whats on them their gonna mess it up.

Only kicker on doing wheels is if you want them to look completly perfect w/ no grain of the alum behind them is they basically need to be polished before hand because anyt defect will show. But if you dont mind the grain of the aluminum then leave them as is.

If anything i can buld my own containers to do larger items but it's just gonna take that much more dye to do so if its an odd ball color price will have to be inflated to compensate. Most stocked color will be black as i do all of our gauge bezels in black. Like i said after we get everything setup and get everything rolling i'll be more apt to give quotes but i dont wanna jump in head first and underquote on something thats gonna take twice as lon as anticipated. Also as far as i know we will be the only place in town w/ capabilities of anodizing :-).
