<![CDATA[Marshall Faulk is a dick...]]>Most people know, Howie Mandel has extreme germaphobia and OCD, and can't shake peoples hands. He takes medication for it, and goes to extreme lengths to avoid germs. Thats why he shaved his head, he has a seperate guest house incase someone is getting sick that he will live in for a week, etc etc. He has poked fun at it, but it is a serious mental issue.

Most people, especially in the enrertainment industry, know this fact.

That being said, Marshall Faulk who knew about his disorder, pulled this dick move.
