The front are fine, and after a little driving (had to move it from where it was....) the passenger side freed up but the drivers is still stuck. I'm not much for drum brakes so any ideas? I haven't gotten time to tear it apart (unfortuneatly its is a damn parking lot). Anyone have any ideas of what is making it like that?

When that happens it usually drags the brake a little while after using them, or could stay locked up.

Shouldn't need to hammer the drum off. Use the star wheel to retract the brake shoes. Take a look in there and see what is siezed up. Also check the e-brake cables

Disc conversion is for the other car...not gonna swap for a car that's getting sold anyways (especially since i'm robbing the front DA brakes from it). I'll probably tear it apart tonight after class. The one time I decide to leave all my tools at home instead of keeping them up here is when I need them, lol.
