I need to know how to install the following Guages into my civic.</p>

Oil Preasure<br />
Water Temp<br />
Volt meter</p>
<p dir="auto">I am picking them up used so i dont have directions.</p>

You can t the sender off of the back of the block though.  1/8 NTP -&gt; -4AN adapter threads into the back of the block where the dummy light sender threads in, then run a 6" -4AN line up to a brass T.  Then off of the brass t you will have the stock dummy light sender on one side, and the autometer sender on the other side.  I cannot remember if you have to do something similar for the water temp or not...</p>

The heat shrink tubing doesn't make a perfect seal against the elements, and using tape alone can come apart. I picked up the most expensive model of 3M black electrical tape and it's rated for a wide range of temperatures.</p>

I will most likely be using 12ga.  i will be using solder, but i am using shrink tubing instead of tape.</p>

Use maybe a 14ga wire for the ignition and ground and then tap off of those for the 4 seperate gauges.  And please use solder and tape.</p>

This will have them light up when i turn the ignition on, it will have them hooked in parallel power wise and requires less running of wires under the dash which equals less mess.</p>

<p dir="auto">I ghetto wired all of my street glow, my neons and shit back in the day and as I drove to the twin citeis the shit started on fire, iw as like OMG and i pulled off, and had to un hook everything.  Not a big fire, but there was smoke, and the speaker wire i twisted togther was shot.</p>
