Mainly because you'd have to get ahold of a roaster to use and set up n shit. Lets keep the first one simple.

Last year it was on May 20th and I think it was just a freak cold, rainy day. It's usually pretty warm by then. I think Saturday May 17th or Sunday May 18th would be good dates to have it this year. Most college students should be done with finals week.

It's too wet and gross in early April for the BBQ. A meet would be fine in April but to actually rent a park would suck if you can't use it.
