I can't access the blank media via drag and drop using windows explorer either. When I try and burn using Nero I get an incompatible media message.

What I've tried is updating the firmware drivers, using different media from a different manufacturer, using different formats of media (+ and -) and it still doesn't want to work.

Any suggestions?
