Really sucks as I paid $350 for the compressor. I am going to take my motor into them and see if they can do anything with it or find me a similar one, reasonable that I can get now.

I guess I got waste more money I don't have.

It tore up so bad, I got another 5/8 shaft pulley today and fit it on my motor and its really loose.

I had the same thing happen to my M5's engine -- crank hub sheared off the woodruff key and smeared it around while I was dynoing the car.

I rebuilt the keyway with JB-weld, got a new woodruff key, and a new crank hub. I re-assembled things with sleeve retainer (green loctite) and thread locker (red). It's held together since 2002, and the motor in question makes way more torque, HP, and at a wider RPM range than your air compressor does.

If you can get a new pulley and a new key, you might consider trying the same hack, but it depends on how bad your motor shaft is I suppose.

I left my compressor on when I went on vacation and the pulley key somehow came out and let the pulley slip on the motor shaft, and it did that for about 2-3 days straight and just tore the hell out of the motor shaft and pulley.
