Headlight must be visible from 100 ft and tail light is 50.  Also you need a speedo and odometer.  Best cheap way to do it is a digital bicycle speedo.</p>

You Need:<br />
-Bill of sale from the person you bought it from<br />
-Brake light<br />
-Head light<br />
-Any serial number, motor number off the bike(since there is no vin)<br />
-motorcycle license for anything over 50cc</p>
