Ill give you credit for trying, as harwood says learn to set the welder, as well as a nice spatterless bead, if set well it will make a consistent sound or buzz (hard to explain the sound). keep practicing youll get it .

Learn how to set your welder!! If it is set propperly you shouldnt get any spatter(berries) and it should lay some really nice beads... Plus be steady with it.
