Guy lives in a homeowners association, they have an outside company take care of parking enforcement and the company requires ppl to have parking passes hung to park outside there own houses. This guy has had his modified Audi parked there many times with a permit but he forgot to put it up one time and they booted his car, then they tow it in 48 hours if you don't pay the $140 fine. He was getting ready to take the audi apart for a long period of time that day, so he decided to just get dollies and roll the car in the garage and put it in jackstands and tell the company that they could come get the boots, or leave them on his wheels, he didn't care. He checked with local law enforcement first and they said it was fine as long as he told the company, it wasn't theft. So he called them and told them to come get them after they had been searching for his car. They showed up with a cop, and the GM of the parking company was so mad the cop had to keep him seperated from the car owner cuz he was raging. Then the company started booting every vehicle that was doing anything wrong including having a tire on the line. Basically he had to meet with the HOA and see how they want to handle it, and the parking company is trying to press charges also. So he is waiting to here from the HOA and the police to see if he is being charged. He is also working on getting news coverage.
