This poor, poor Civic hasn't been moved in at least a month. I don't know who this is, but they should have their Honda taken away!! :lol:

If somebody let their car get that shit-stained, they're not going to wash it and put it back in the exact same spot. I'm just saying. And somebody should maybe.. i dunno.. call the cops and see if they can check on the owner, see if they're still living. Even those old people with the newspapers a foot thick on the dash and the back seats full of mcdonalds bags don't let the outside of their cars get all covered in poo.
