<![CDATA[Looking for someone to take a shell]]>My roomate has a E30 BMW sedan shell... stripped to pretty much nothing (no front suspension or anything (cant be towed really), with a bunch of other scrap metal in it... Was wondering if anyone knows of anyone that will take it away (the gypsies dont even want it)... need the garage space...

id say he works at the only autozone i know of in the fm area and say its the one on uni by sunmart.

The E30 platform is 1984 through 1991 BMW 3 series cars, and as late as 1992 for convertibles. 3 series cars 1983 and prior were the E21, of which there's onle 1 or 2 in Fargo and are a totally different animal.

The 87->88 model year is when the USA 3 series got the small bumper system. 1989 is when airbags showed up.

My track car is an 87. I'm potentially interested in his bumper parts if there are any left.

Also, this car doesn't by chance have manual crank windows or sunroof, does it?

He said the metal-plastic bumper conversion is a big pain and a lot of work, otherwise he would be using them on his coupe... has the crank sunroof still on it... if u want he said stop by Autozone sometime and talk to him
