<![CDATA[Probezilla 9/27/08]]>Went to the track today to make some passes. It was a great day for horsepower! First pass off the trailer running NOS to spool and 36-37 lbs of boost. I ran a 8.33@167 with a 1.23 60ft. For the second pass I was going to spray the 250 shot through 1st gear, but something in the tranny went. I think it was just the clutches because it still drives, but the fluid really stinks. I still ran a 9.48@124 though....slow. 🙂 The bad thing is we didn't didn't video the first pass. We got in car camera and outside video on the 2nd pass. Sucks. 😞

I think I can get close if I spray the 250 through 1st. The key is getting the power to the ground. The 8.33 was very smooth and really nice, and that was all boost with just 36-37 psi. I prolly can drop a little more with just boost if I raise it to 42-43 psi, and get down around 8.25 range. I think the 250 shot would do it for sure. Too bad no more season left and my tranny needs to be rebuilt. Oh well...at least I didn't end the season with a 8.00 like my other year when I ran a 9.00. 🙂
