I was already warned about this and have had major issues sending texts. Not so much phone calls themselves. It is suppose to be like this till possibly feb or so.

I can honestly say i have had no problems with sprint and there service in town or out of town. I have had them for 2 years, but opinions may differ. I just wish they had some more (better) phones to chose from.
