Yeah... and they did one for Anthrax after 9/11

Anyway, you can set it to be completely idle until your computer has no activity for x amount of minutes, or you can have it scale down to allow it to run but give other applications priority, or schedule it to run at night etc...

Lots of options.

It runs in the background when your not using your CPU power, so if you leave it on all the time, may as well:
