<![CDATA[Reading plugs]]>What causes the spark plug to look like this? This is out of one of our work trucks. The other 3 plugs look fine.

The head doesn't look cracked or anything. A couple of guys on TCS were suggesting that the cylinder was lean. I pulled the head off since it seemed to be using some coolant and leaking out of the radiator cap even though the cap is fine. I've got the parts for it and it should be back together tomorrow morning.
