even if the bee is hovering, there is no way it can be moving absolutely 0.000000000 mph. Its wings keeping it afloat would cause it to move at least somewhat, backward or forward. Even if it landed on the door panel it would still be moving in an extremely small unit of measure because of its own heartbeat. And even if the bee landed on the road and died, it would still be moving due to some small registration of seismic activity from the earths tectonic plates.

The bee has an observable velocity with a stated and specific frame of reference.

The bee is stationary with reference to the drivers ear. The bee is travelling at 60mph with reference to the surface of the road.

The bee is travelling at a considerably faster speed around the rotating surface of the earth.

The bee is travelling at a still faster speed along the earth's path through its orbit.

Beyond this level of detail I couldn't say, although it appears likely that the earth->sun solar system itself moves rotationally around the "core" of the milky way spiral galaxy.

... which itself probably moves away from the presumed centroid of the original universal.

The be isn't "flying" at any speed. He IS "traveling" 60mph.
