Its got like 350K on the car and we've been helping it along. Actually still pretty nice for the miles. Well the abs pump assembly has developed a leak, and didn't work in the first place. Remaned unit is $500 and I have been unable to locate a used one. Can I just pull the unit and put t's in the lines from the master cylinder, so it basically does not have abs anymore? Or is there built in porportioning valves and stuff, so it will not work right? Anyone have any ideas?

So I can't really make anything to take the abs unit out. So I guess I have to buy a used unit. This that sucks is I cannot find anything locally, gunna have to order one from halfway across the country.

If anything i would say just pull the lines and get a new master cylinder for a non-abs, but I dont think you would even have to do that. Dont forget to pull the abs fuse too.

Im not positive on accords, but most hondas you can just pull it with no problem.

If so, you could check to see of the M/C part numbers are the same. If they are, i think you'll have no problems.
