<p dir="auto">thats really not even accurate anymore becuase with our new union contract we got a 20% wage increase starting last july, and this july we get another 4% increase. But owell, even at 54k a year starting its pretty damn good. Hell even if you were in training the whole year you'd make $34k a year.</p>

<p dir="auto">I don't know about Fargo, but Moorhead has a first time homebuyers thing, no money down, low interest rates. My sister and husband just bought a house like 2 years ago and it's like $575 a month. Don't know if the program is still going on, but not a bad deal. I know what you're saying tho lol...</p>
