Do you have a seperate amp powering the eclipses?  If you are using an external amp for powering them and have not touched the gains/settings they should warranty it, however if you've turned up the gain and messed w/ crossover settings they should not warranty it (warranty isn't supposed to cover stupidity).  Also, if they're just running off your deck you should be able to get them warranteed.  I'd try that before you stick more money into buying them.  What do you have to lose?  If they blew they should replace them @ no cost to you IMHO, since its not your fault they blew (assuming again that you haven't messed w/ anything)</p>

I like the sound from the eclipse brand, but i don't really want Site On Sound to install my speakers again because they raped me with installation costs last time.  Plus, i don't think my warrenty is still good since it's been 7 months since they were installed, and i've messed with the deck by installing subs.</p>

There is a Circuit City really close to my training center, and i know where it is.  do you think they carry eclipse speakers?  if not, i'll go on an 'adventure' and try to follow your directions to the BZ store.</p>
