He just got it today the 20th.

I've had bad experiences with UPS as well... Fedex seems to be the sweet spot but they are $$$

(regular UPS ground). He shipped on wed the 18th on a 2 day priority, hadnt even left mpls yesterday the 26. And it had been partially opened in the corner. Looks like someone had poked a hole in it to see what was in there. Conspiracy theorist I know.

Really? It's usually UPS that has given me problems(along with price and slow delivery schedule). I've never had any issues with USPS Priority.
