Just got them back from the machine shop today and got the green light to start building them.<br />
As soon as i get my package from Summit i will be doing electric fans and an A/C delete. So muck work to do! Should be enough to get the pony going a little quicker. :icon_salut:</p>

I was way too eager to get the heads on and running so i cleaned up the heads, and valves without checking the guides and cutting valves and seats. I know i know it was dumb but i had fun with the car for a summer. Guides on cyl 5 were shot.</p>
<p dir="auto">The heads are compleatly rebuilt with fresh 3 angle valve job, guides repaired and valves cut. I feel good about these heads now. Thats it for an update for now. On the hunt for an ignition box , injectors and a MAF now.</p>

<p dir="auto">Did you swap the pulley from the 2g to the 3g? That is supposed to help the charge at idle issue. I will have to see what mine does after everything is done. Last night it was charging at around 14.3-14.8. As for amps i dont know yet.</p>

Its a upgrade from the standard 2g (75 amp) alternator to the 3g (130 amp). Now i have enough juice to power that electric cooling fan, stereo, and high volume fuel pump!</p>
