<![CDATA[Updates on my YSi blown LT1]]>Some updates in case you missed it. Made a dual plate setup for the blower to stop the flexing, i made the standoffs, spacers and plates on my small lathe. Added a Tial Q BOV in place of the vortech Mondo, no more problems with pipes blowing off and compressor surge. Also switched from a 30mm cog drive with 68/26 pullies and 3" single bearing tensioner that kept shredding teeth off the belts and was just not able to take the stress, to a 10-rib setup using a 7.8" crank which required some machining to work, 3.25" paxton dual bearing idler which is a manual tensioner, and a 3.12" blower pulley. Belt length ended up being 44.5" which is the only size available in that area, but it fits perfect with this pulley, i may be able to do a 2.95" on the blower the way i have it set up, or could go with the 3.33" if i wanted. I need to move the tensioner slot on the plate a bit to get extra adjustment for any more options.

Power is limited by the heads, completely stock 94 heads on it currently. The bottom end is built for 900whp reliably, the new heads will take it as far as my injectors will go next year

YSi is a big blower ( good for damn near double that ) I take it the motor can't handle it at full boost?

Edit.... did you find a local tuner or tuning it yourself?

I am still considering going turbo next year, who knows. I have already gotten offers on this setup. I do know that whatever i do, next year it will be well into the 700whp area. I expect around 600-625whp in the next month or 2, i will be at the track june 20th for the street legal, doubt it will get on the dyno till july.

Its definately faster than my GN was, that much i know for sure. Next weekend i will be able to do some actual pulls in the country, then i can tell you how fast it is and how much power it is making

Jake, i havent touched anything on the car except the blower stuff, i have a set of converted and fully ported Brodix Track 1s sitting on the shelf and a LSx PCM and coil on plug setup sitting there also to go on once i get the couple remaining parts.
