I'm not putting myself in the position to make sure he pays the other money he owes. I don't get shit until he pays it off in full (He owes 1.8k after what i pay him..).

You will get a little card that says the bank releases the car and they sign it and you are all good...

Clutch was replaced less than 10k miles ago on this one. as for the other 2 issues, i've read of other people having problems with that as well.

Is that a V6 that your looking at? I know the one in GF is, 18"'s and a 6 speed, 44k if I remember looking at the flyer right. My fiancee has a red 03 Tiburon GT with some aftermarket parts, rims, intake, exhaust. Its been a nice car no issues yet besides the o2 sensor.

There is a issue though however with a lot of them having constant alignment issues, clutches, and also window regulators just for a heads up.
