<p dir="auto">Prefer newer construction<br />
Must have 2 stall garage.<br />
Must have W/D in unit.<br />
Preference goes to 1 bedroom but will consider 2 bedroom if the price isn't outrageous (chances are the 2 bedroom will be more than I want to pay).<br />
Looking south of 13th and west of 25th as that seems where all the new(er) construction is.</p>
<p dir="auto">MIGHT consider Moorhead if I can't find anything in Fargo - but I'd really like to not cross state lines.</p>
<p dir="auto">And no Bjornstad, I'm not buying a house.</p>

It is on 15th Ave S behind CashWise.  Getting a 2 bedroom with two stall garage, and washer and dryer hookups for $590.  The building is fairly new and the apartments are pretty nice.</p>

<p dir="auto">Amber Crossing has 2 stalls for everything but they don't have a 1 bedroom opening up in the foreseeable future.  <strong>The PRG Apartments in Osgood</strong> have a 2 stall for everything but I'm on hold right now with moving that far south - gets to be a long trip coming from downtown at 5pm to Osgood and then back up to the Fargodome.  Haven't ruled that option out yet though.<br />
I'm also inquiring into Woodstone - the new ones by Valley Rental over between 42nd and 45th north of 32nd.</p>

<p dir="auto">Going to have to see what PRG tells me when I tell them I want to move.  I think it's 2 months notice (which doesn't coincide for shit with what woodstone has open.)</p>

<p dir="auto">well there are the 5 or so buildings north, and 2 or 3 south?  The ones north - last I read were around $650ish for 1 bedroom.  The ones south looked more expensive.</p>
