<![CDATA[baby blue civic]]>OK, this is what I saw. A baby blue slammed civic. About a 93 or 94 with stock wheels, exhaust, no badges. You know the typical rice car in North Dakota. Never met the guy but I bet he's about 25 to 30 years old. Who he be.

I saw it with the hood propped open and it was pretty boring. All I noticed was an intake and I think also a header. Then again, I probably wouldn't recognize a Honda engine swap unless it was spelled out in the clouds.

the car doesn't have shit on it, it came with stock rims, it has a AEM feul rail on a SOHC motor., and an intake. i was looking at getting this car.
