If you don't, I would suggest buying an Env3. I have a blackberry myself and the only reason I have it is because I use the internet. I just set my 50 yr old mother up with an env3 and got her using everything on it. I like that phone a lot. if the internet was a little better, ide rather have that than the curve I'm using.

Joe, I would suggest downloading the program called quickpull from BBAppworld. It allows a hard reset without having to qhysically take the battery out of the phone. U can also set it to restart itself every night at like 4am so you never have to wait 15 minuted for it to turn back on like it takes sometimes.

Joe reset your phone by removing the battery, also hold down the ALT key and press LGLG when the next screen comes up press your menu button and then select clear. Also you should do a memory clean just go to your security options and select memory clean it doesn't erase anything you would want to keep just unneeded shit.

I wiped it clean. Had the bare minimum on it. I could have had a melon too, who knows.

I got mine the day the verizon stores got them in with my 2 year upgrade, so i had 30 days to bring it back.

So, I returned it, got $150 refunded, and walked out with the LG Env 3.

Decided I didn't really need a smart phone (why pay $40 a month) when I'm at a PC (or close to one) 12 hours a day.

I will give it that.. the camera was amazing. Very good quality of pictures. Browsing the internet was good too.

The issue's I had with my tour were this. Everytime I'd go and try to open my inbox for email or text's or anything, it took a few seconds to even move to the icon, then another few seconds to open it. Happened for damn near everything I tried to do. Oh, and not to mention the battery life is complete garbage. I had it sitting on my desk from 8am - 5pm (didn't use it once) and it was dead on my way home from work.

If you can live with that, the phone is great.
