Look into as well the Isuzu Impulse RS.

Same car, not sure if it was the same motor, but the 1.8 that they came with had a turbo on it. Might look into that community and see what you can slap on there.

I know a lot of people mess with storms, here's an old site I found helpful..

He might also want to find a 1.6 DOHC out of a GSi and turbo it. I used to have GSi back in the day and I actually miss it, I wish I had it back, it was a fun little car.
