House Resolution 554 is a bill that would change some of the rules governing how much time etc. representatives in congress are given to review a piece of legislation before it is voted on. First thing is all pending legislation would be required to be posted on the internet 72 hours before it is voted on. It's being held up by the house leadership and a petition is going around that would force the house to vote on it. Its called the Walden discharge petition. I sent pomeroy an email about it because wethepeoplecanread.com shows he hasn't yet. If you live in North Dakota an feel the same way you should too.
