At least from an IT standpoint we are the approved vendor for Brand X and must sell @ 41 off of list.... I'd imagine other industries do things similarly..</p>

If someone wants to donate money specifically for the house, why the hell would you spend it on anything else unless you want to make sure that person never donates any money again.
